Hey, so as i said in the title i am planning on buying retatrutide. I currently weigh 84kg and most of that is just fat, which i am trying to get rid of. I have a few questions as i am new to this and never pinned before.
So first of all i am aware of all the side effects and i am greatly willing to take the chances.

If you hop off is the weight gone forever or does it come back even when eating healthy and doing cardio and all that?
Where do you inject it?
I also heard of some "Bacterial water" or "sterile water" and you have to like mix it with the peptide, what does that mean and how do i do it?
Where do you clean the gear with alcohol, just the tip of the needle and where you inject or also somewhere else?
And whats a good cycle to start?

Sorry for the english i hope its readable.

All this info is available on google. Search how to reconstitute peptides, how to inject subQ.

The important thing to know about reta is that this is mostly a gear forum for bodybuilders and gym bros with lots of helpful folks and a smattering of idiots. Us serious weightlifters interested in controlling physique are mostly using low dose reta in the background for its insulin sensitivity and blood sugar effects, especially in the context of counteracting HGH prediabetic side effects.

Compared to glp2- tirz- it has limited hunger control effects. Lots of bodybuilders like some of that as bodyfat gets uncomfortably low to help alleviate the misery of high output training and low food energy causing uncontrollable hunger.

The ‘magic’ of glp use is mostly seen in people that don’t track calories and macros, don’t train, and can’t drive past a McDonalds without stuffing 3500 calories of fat and carbs in their face. In that context suddenly not being a slave to genetic constant hunger signals can absolutely transform someone from legit fat to skinny fat. When they stop the glp the hunger is back and their body desperately wants to return to baseline- boom fat again.

So enjoy it but just like PEDs if you don’t dial in your diet and training and use reta as the only lever you can easily end up spending a bunch of money, looking like a melted candle at your target weight, then gaining it all back plus some a year after stopping.

Alright thanks for the info. And sorry for posting this on here if it doesnt fit i didnt know that

I’d recommend doing a lot more research on your own before coming back here with questions. A lot of this is pretty basic stuff that’s easy to find if you spend some time looking. ChatGPT can be helpful, but don’t rely on it completely.

As for regaining weight after RETA, in my experience the hunger rebound can hit pretty hard. I’d keep the dose low enough that you’re not putting yourself in a massive calorie deficit and still have the energy to start training. Then when you come off, treat it more like a bulk once that hunger inevitably comes back. Just my two cents.

When you hop off even with a tuned diet and cardio you should expect some weight to come back.
As for where to inject theres several my personal spot is my abdomen. Subcutaneous injections are commonly administered in the fatty tissue of the abdomen, at least 1-2 inches away from the belly button to avoid sensitive tissue.
Bac water (bacteriostatic water) try to only use hospira brand bac water. For sterility purposes. For using it to reconstitute your lyophilized reta it would be best to watch a YouTube video for that. General rule of thumb is 1mL to 10mg.
Do not touch the needle to anything other than your injection point. Plenty of nurses and doctors on YouTube that show standard practices of self administration of glp1's or insulin.
