Ok so heres the history and please forgive me if i say something stupid. I am 32, 5'11" i weigh 175 i have a very fast metabolism and it's always been hard for me to put weight on. I started working out when i was 24 i spent three solid years busting my ass and eating as much as i could and my gains were slow. I worked out with a friend who was at it longer then me so he was a big help with learning proper diet and gym edicit. I won't lie i didnt always eat the cleanest but i was just focused on bulking. My friend turned me on to aas, after a fuck ton of research i decided to go for it. I ran 750 test e and 500 deca with 50 mg of dbol each week, started out with 25mg dbol and went up from there for 12 weeks. had a decent pct of nolva and clomid. I did real well overall i gained 20-25 lbs which i figured id lose half of pct went well i kept about 10lbs. I ran another cycle after everything leveled out. I ran the same as before with similar results which blah blah after the second pct i was around 195. Unfortunately i got into snowboarding and broke my collar bone. Obviously I couldn't work out which effected my appetite and i lost it all. I had surgery to fix the bone which also fucked up my shoulder and upper back. So its been a struggle to get a good routine down and ive started working out slowly and have been prudent on making sure i dont go hard to fast and wreck anything. once ive put some serious time in and feel comfortable about it ill be picking some brains for info. I had a good demestic ugl but that shit doesn't stay around for ever lost contact. i dont like being jerked around and these types of forums help prevent that.
