Ive been working out off and on for 12 plus years and i wanted some advice on how to get shredded im getting older so by any means necessary . I do a lot of cardio and i think thats Y im stuck in the skinny fat stage. Its a lot of topics on here just trying to get some results
 
Welcome- you might want to head over to the new member intruduction section and introduce yourself. I'd recommend a program like starting strength or strong lifts 5x5 for starters. You need to build some muscle so your body can burn more fat in the long run. The thing with cardio only is that it just gives you a smaller version of the body you already had. Doing hiit cardio instead of steady state will help as well.
