Some weird stuff happened today on chest. First of all my damn left wrist got such a painful pump I could hardly turn it. This has been happening past few days.

Gym owner said this could be a certain kind of tear where pretty much it's not bad or painful it's just where your growing so fast you're somewhat growing out of your skin. A fascia tear is something.

Looks like a tear for sure. Your playing with fire. I've seen some really bad ones. If you don't take a break or take it easy it will require very painful surgery and put you out of the game for a long time. Actually my cousin just had a bicep tear and hearing him tell me how they had to reattach it to the bone made me sick to my stomach.

@OdieM I am glad u pointed that out (surgery ) my best friend /training partner is about 10 yrs older than me . And he does compete . But abt 6 yrs ago we were both abt to discharge from the service . And he had been on the juice for alot time . And he was over training and tore both his biceps ( a yr apart) and had to have surgery , and I have never seen someone in so much pain. And it to yrs for him to somewhat recover . And still to this day he struggles with pain and lost so much of his gains ( and he looked very well built ) but still to this day his biceps look disformed and it hurts him in competition. @evarthecaveman make sure you take care of that bro cause u look really good bro and ur still young and don't want to hurt ur physique at a young age.

On another note my motivation has been out of this world. Every session I am looking bigger and staying leanish while getting more vascular. The scale is going up and so is the strength. I feel on top of the damn world, a kill it mind set in the gym and a happy one out of it.

Wide reverse grip behind neck pulldowns. Sounds weird and I don't know how to explain it but it KILLS your lats. Learned it from a old bb gym owner. 5 sets of 8-15
Barbell shrugs supersetted with plate shrugs

45 pound plates for plate shrugs
Hit about 8-10 sets of abs
 
Hey dudes. All is well been training very hard and growing all the time, that amrk that was on my pec I got another on my other peck and stretch marks out the ass on my arms and back. Definently growing. Switching up training right now to more volume styled training. I will still be doing progressive overload just in the 12-15 rep range for a while. Today I'm about to go train legs.
