I am new to the scene and just started on TRT. I have been reading a lot on this forum the past couple month to try and learn what kind of options I have to optimize the TRT program I am on to put on some muscle. I am a 40 year old dude and have a home gym with a power rack, bench press, dumbbells, and an EZ Bar. I have 2 gym memberships through my work and like to train 4-6 times a week. I am hoping that I will be able to find some good Information and interactions from the members on Meso Rx. I like how nobody gets a free pass in the underground! Well done.
