I'm 30. 5'6" 175-180lbs. Been pumping iron since I as a kid.
Found it hard to be consistent in my late twenties as I was working offshore with a crappy gym and crappy food. Now I'm back on dry land the past year. Was doing a decent 5x5 program from
Elliot Hulse strength camp or whatever. Before Xmas i Was making solid strength gains was squatting 295 5x5, bench 270 5x5 and deadlift 325 5x5. But after the holidays I went slack mode. Now I'm going to kick it down a notch and start the program again.
Have a nagging shoulder injury since I had surgery at 18. I'm hoping to clear up the shoulder injury. Meet a plateau in my lifts then add some gear and see how strong I can possibly become.
