New to this forum and need info..

A little bio on myself, new to these boards (so hello) 35 yrs of age ,5' 11" , 235 been trying to lean out and have become VERY frustrated! Extremely sports minded , but the excess size and weight are slowing me down ( mentally and physcally). So I am posing this question, I have heard alot about cytomel but have no idea where to buy it or what to stack it with. So any info on a place that I wont get burned on a purchase and what to stack it with (if anything) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you..
 
Lots of cutting cycles are assisted by running Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off along with T3 (Cytomel). Read the forums for info and dosing. Research is your best friend.

before i can say try t-3 i need to know what your routine has been. you need to be on a good diet and regular cardio first, reach your natty potential then use enhancement drugs. not to use them brfore you need to.
 
My diet is extremely clean, I have upped the cardio to a split morning and evening. I cant use caffeine or ephedra, they give me the shakes. So that is why I am asking about the T3. I have read alot of info on here about "cutting" but trying to find the way for me I know will be a process of elimination and experimentation on my self. I have also looked for a place to purchase but most seem shady at best. Thank you to everyone that has and will respond to my questions, very much appreciatted. Also are there any "natural" alternatives besides caffeine and ephedra to get ripped ?
 
if you run T3 alone without some sort of test it will eat away your muscle gains - it should be incorporated into a cycle of test at the very least.

Why dont you try a cycle of tren? That will harden you up bro

If you think caffeine and ephedra give you the shakes then stay away from superclen. Holy shit, they make me shake like a dog shittin bones.
 
o.k. no clen....but what about the rest ? test, T3 and tren ?

A good bro on this board recommends taking one tab of T3 everyday throughout the summer for a good constant caloric burn.

Never tried that myself, makes sense as I am a "less is more" kind of a user anyway.

I would say two weeks on Cytomel, two weeks on Clen. This will def burn off the added inches.

I have experimented , but have always leaned towards the "ala-naturale" way.It just seems now that I have reached my mid-30s its ALOT harder to acheive what Im looking for. There are alot af differing opinions on here, which is good ,but a bit confusing. This is my break down 35, 5'11" 230 , big back arms and legs, but it seems more excess than what I need to carry on my frame ( because of age lack of agility).I have jacked my cardio up, dropped my calorie intake, but cant seem to take off about 20-25 pounds of "mush". I would prefer not to lose much size, but am willing to sacrifice some to get a harder look, also Im fighting in a over 30s martial arts tournament in July ( I wont be tested )and would like to make the lightweight level at 208.So I need some help. So thats it in a nutshell. I appreciate the advice and the help.

First off I would suggest that you reduce your BF as much as possible through diet, exercise(which sounds like your on track), and maybe an OTC diet supplement/fat burner before starting any anabolic or T3 use. I'm personally not a big fan of cycling T3 alone because it can have a catabolic effect on muscle mass and I would not suggest tren for a first cycle.

I always suggest doing your cardio routine first thing in the A.M.(if possible) BEFORE the consumption of ANY food. Thats most effective for maximim fat loss.

Remember to bust your ass when your weight training too. The metabolic rate of muscle is much higher than that of adipose tissue. The more muscle you gain the more calories you'll burn watching TV, sleeping, playing XBox, learning here at meso, etc.

Dude...I know the feeling. I'm 32 and its seems like it gets harder every year.

bro im on 400mg primo a week and i just started clen monday the same bro you were talking about suggested i take 1 pill 25mcg a day for the whole summer thats what im going to do i just have to get some t3 so i will post my results when im done.....Skyking.
 
Thnx....and god bless everyone that took the time to throw a newbie some info..I will take your advice Slayer, slightly adjust my work-outs , try an otc, get as far as I can , then possibly try some help. My whole goal is to make the weight on july 17 th. Later..
