I’m 45. I dive deep into the how and why before I dabble into something new. As I was approaching my 25th anniversary I decided to look at my body and health and decided I wanted a change. I hired a health coach and while that has been beneficial, I’m not getting the results I'm striving for. This health journey has taken me in a direction I never thought I’d find myself if. My journey has brought new questions, and not always answers. So, here I am, searching for knowledge.
