Been a member for a short while and completely new to the AAS world. I've used some peptides (BPC/TB, Tirzepatide) but nothing anabolic. I'm considering TRT since my last labs put me at 270 and 257 ng/dL, but still haven't decided the route I'd take if I decide to (PCM, TRT site or UGL). Not looking to get huge, but a little added muscle would be nice
. I'm mainly looking to get rid of the brain fog, low sex drive etc.
I work out 5-6 times a week in a mix of 30 minutes of cardio and a hour or so of resistance training. One of those days is a cardio only day. I'm stalled where I'm at lifting wise, but that's OK, my joints can only handle so much. I'm also older (mid 50's) and know my limits.
I'm busy reading and researching the information on the site but thought I'd better do my introduction post sooner rather than later. Not sure if you'll see many posts from me right now, since I don't know jack sh*t and there's so much to catch up on on the forums. Thanks.
