Hi, I'm a 47 year old construction worker and I really feel like I'm going downhill. I'm here to learn from other people's experiences. Righ now, I'm looking to possibly self administer TRT because of the crazy price clinics demand. I'm getting bloodwork done and I'll see from there where I'm going. I'm already familiar with peptides but am interested in the "kick" people report from TRT. Hopefully I'll find some useful information here! Thanks!

Welcome. What symptoms are you feeling that might be low T? Definitely get bloodwork done first. And if it comes back low don't immediately assume you need TRT. There are many natural things you can try to increase T levels. Most of them revolve around lifestyle. Remember, TRT is for life. You will be married to the needle for the rest of your days.

Tell us about your activity levels and training routine. Information on diet and sleep habits are beneficial as well. You'll find a lot of good information here using the search function.
