new weight scale out there that my roomie bought, i think its bullshit, it tells u your water percentage,bf, and weight just by standing on it barefoot, anyone use one of these and how acurate are they?, i think there prob pieces of shit....

yes, youre probably right. I had one for weight and bodyfat%, was always reading different bodyfat percentages, as if i was getting fatter or leaner within a couple of hours.

I have the same scale

I have one of the same scales where you enter in if you're female or male, how tall you are, etc. and then step on the scale. It gave me an inaccurate reading. I got a professional(real body fat test with water) body fat test and it was 8.5% lighter than what the scale was telling me. So, they're REALLY inaccurate. If I were you, I'd check around and see if you can't get a body fat test from a local university, mine did it for $10.
