New workout. Thoughts?

This is my next workout program. I'm going to run it 12wks. It will be 4 on 1 off. Days 3 and 4 will be switched. Will also be adding hack squats into leg day. I dont bench press because of a full tear rotator cuff. I can board press at home but not at LA fitness. Any thoughts or tweaks? Abs will be hammer strength crunch with plates loaded. 30 front and each side.
 
Well, I'm starting it tomorrow to get used to it for a week or two before I up the weights and let her rip! High volume with some heavy weights.Ive been doing the Russian pullup.program for going on 3 wks and between 70 and 100 dips each day while taking a slight break.
 
My only thought is to add a couple 15-20 lower weight rep schemes in there to mix it up but up to you. I just prefer higher volume sets.

I just ran GVT which was high volume. You're right though a couple of pump sets here and there. Thanks.

Agree with @Endure throw some 30 rep sets in there for legs for sure. I like to throw some variations of higher reps into my DB presses as well. Say i hit 90's for 8 then immediately cut the weight in half and hit 2x the number of reps that i got with the 90's. Its a nice change of pace here and there and brings about a massive pump.
