So im a 34y/o male, doing crossfit for 4 1/2 years now, struggling with strenght gains... so in March i will start a strenght program.
My objectiv is increase strenght and some lean muscle mass with minimal fat gain.
My stats:
6'00"

13%BF
Training 5 days a week strenght and oly lifting
Previously 3 cycles
1. test only 500mg/wk
2. Test+EQ (good gains with this one)
Possible cycle(need your opinions):
1-10 Sustanon 500mg/wk
1-12 EQ 400mg/wk
1-6 TBol 40mg/d
7-12 Anavar 50mg/wk or Oral Winny

3-12 Arimidex .5 EOD
PCT
14-17 Nolvadex 20mg/day
14-15 Clomid 100mg/day
16-17 Clomid 50mg/day
Diet will be handled by my nutritionist, so thats no issue.
Do you think its ok? Or should i replace something there?
