I definitely plan on making this year count especially after the shit show last year was. Going to earn a big promotion, got me a solid woman, going to keep the shoulders healthy and get bigger. Last year can eat a bag of dicks, this year anything is fucking possible

That's how I feel. Last year gave me a chest injury (torn tendon) that I'll never fully recover from. 9 months after the surgery I still can't bench worth a crap. I've worked around it to become bigger than I've ever been though. Granted, I did it too myself, getting overzealous on a 1 rep max. I only have myself to blame, but fuck that shit anyway.
