Hey amigo......Ok you're probably not going to get a lot of response to your comcast e-mail address but take a look at Phreezers sticky a the top of the AAS forum......He has lots of good knowledge for everyone to read.(Not only here but in the training forum as well). Don't forget there is a seach box at the top of every forum.....use it.!! If that doesn't help feel free to post any question you have. There are lots of good Bro's and Mods with years of experience to help you here.

Bro, at the very top of the anabolic forum the first couple of posts say "Sticky". That means that those posts will never be deleted, or moved down according to how old a post that they are. Whew!! That was a mouth full.
Listen, you can ask your questions openly, I do!! Whether it's about gear or how to inject or whatever, we will help you. Just don't openly ask how to buy gear. That will come with time. So read, read. all will be made clear to you!!
