I'm 20 years old. Been lifting seriously for around a year now. Have been doing it on/off. I've taken a recent interest in cycling. Just been doing my research and reading around :)

So why are you planning on running a cycle. One year of training is a joke. Train 4 more years and then get back to us. In 4 years you will actually be grownup and possibly ready for a cycle.

Welcome to Meso. Sorry to burst your bubble, but lifting on/off for around a year is nowhere close to lifting seriously.

Look on the bright side, there is a ton you don't know, and this is probably the best place to learn.

My advice for you is keep lifting, keep eating, keep reading. When you have lifted consistently for multiple years and have your diet in check, then you will be ready to put all the knowledge you have gained over the preceding years to maximum practical use.
