newbie cycle quetion

I have been training hard for around 7-8 years, my stats are 5'9" around 200 and about 15% bf. I have just recently been looking into AAS, I have been doing a lot of research and have not come up with the answers I have been looking for. I want to get down below 10% while keeping most of the muscle I have worked very hard for and maybe putting on a little more. I was thinking about maybe a cycle with T-3, Clen, Winni and Eq. So I was wondering what amounts I should take and if I should take any Anti-e or pct? Please let me know and sorry for the newbie ignorance on the subject.

glad to see you have plenty of training. at the top of this forum there are some cycle recs, look at those. check out the drug profile on the home page. you may not like some of the possible sides. after some research come back with a cycle plan and you will get tons of help on it. good luck jay.

There are 3 bulking cycle recs listed in phreezers FAQ. None of which employ the gear you are considering.
 
Ok I think that Animalmass' summer cutter is exactly what I am looking for but why start the winni at week 5 couldn't I just run it the whole time?

in animalmass "cheap aas look good for summer cutter" he uses winny, t-3, clen, and fina. it is the first thread in the anobolic forum.
 
I was looking at the regular summer cutter with
Week 2-9 100mgs test prop EOD

Week 1-8 400-600mgs EQ week

Week 5-10 50-100mgs winny ED

Plus clen and T3 (run the clen and T3 the same way as the first cycle)

Start clomid on week 11
I was just wondering why I should wait till week 5 to start the winni why not run it the whole time. Also how is superclen different from regular clen and can I find it on the classifieds. I really appreciate your patience for a newbie.
 
winny is hard on the liver and most will rec not running but 6 weeks. super clen is a higher dose and yes you can find all you need in the classifieds. now if you scroll to the top ot the page, youll look to the left and see the tablr of contents. look up drug profiles, and check out the sides (like harsh on the liver) like i said a while ago. you may not wana do some of these aas. but if you do you need to know what your consequense could be.

this is a good cutting cycle, and very simple.
100mg test prop eod 8 weeks (pct 5 days after last inject and anti-e's on hand)
cardio 5 days a week.
lift regular, if your not burned out from cardio.
i cant rec a diet so some one else will have to help with that. but it is the most important thing when cutting.
i usualy dont help newbies this much but you been lifting for a while and i like that.
