Whats up guys! Just wanted to make a quick formal intro! While new to Meso this is definitely not my first rodeo on the forums. Nearly a decade ago I was very active on other boards (not sure if they even exist anymore) like FitnessGeared and Freakz. I actually got started on Fitnessboard (hopefully at least one of you have been around that long so I don't feel TOO old school.
It's crazy to see how much has changed in regards to what's available now, standard dosages, etc. It's also great to see how much has stayed the same in the sense these types of "communities" of great people coming together to help one another all with a common goal of bettering oneself physically.
While my contributions regarding AAS may be a bit dated, I can still contribute some solid knowledge to the board regard diet and training. I think getting caught up knowledge-wise on the AAS side will take a bit of time on my end but I'll get caught up in no time

Anyways just wanted to make a quick intro. Really happy to have found Meso and hope to add some decent value to the already extensive knowledge-base here much sooner than later!
