Newbie help. ANAVAR?

Hi, I just got down to my goal weight (175lbs) after cutting since June. I want to do a slow bulk and build some serious mass. I want to hope on a serious cycle and I keep hearing test and var would be a good cycle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also if you can recommend a var source I keep hearing about bunk stuff floating around

Do you have any prior experience with AAS use? If not do massive amounts of research using the search feature. It's been asked, trust me. Now you're gonna get some hate from many... So here is a snippet for yuh before they snap on you.

Test and Anavar have and will always be a staple. However you'll get far better results from just increasing your T dose in comparison to adding Anavar (for bulk). However if you reach a threshold for your T dose, adding Anavar will undoubtedly be beneficial. Anavar gives an overall feel good for me, strength increases.

The truth is no steroid is simply labeled a bulk or cut steroid. This is a misconception that gets tossed around routinely. All can do both, it's diet that's going to get your bulk moving along positively. Now with that said certain compounds will have you holding more water at times and give the elusion, and/or the opposite appearance of what your goal is... Dbol, Deca, and so on for example can bloat you up. So while your cutting (example) you look round and blimpy, however when the compound is removed the fruits of labor will show through.

Diet is how you bulk. Diet is how you cut.

That's just advice. Other advice dont ask for sources. Someone will send you some BS DM and next thing you know you have no money and they're laughing. Do your research, spend time learning. Pay more attention to nutrition and proper training, when it comes to AAS dont overdue it you are pretty light so pure beginner you should pick a cycle what you can take for long time without major side effects. skip the anavar you need to come of and you cant take it long.

Stick to the basics.
(Weekly) inject 2-3 times
200-400 Test Week
300-500 Mast Week
If you need some extra you could use 200 NPP Week

keep some proviron or AI on side in case your E2 raises to far
 
How long have you been resistance training? What is your routine? How strong are your lifts in relation to your weight? Have you exhausted newbie gains? Have you reached your genetic limit? How frequently do you train to failure or near failure?

Everyone wants to be on gear but nobody wants to do the work. Blasting and having a low intensity trash routine is a great way to fuck your health for some temporary water gains.
 
I’ve been on TRT since September and I train at least four times a week. No side effects, blood work looks great, and I haven’t needed to touch the AI. I’ve been a slow responder with muscle growth, probably because I’ve been cutting — I train hard but haven’t seen much size come on. My calories and macros have been on point about 80% of the time. Now that I’ve hit my goal weight and dropped my body fat, I’m ready to start a slow bulk. My goal is to add quality muscle and look badass by summer. I wanted to increase my Trt (250mgx1week) into a blast and hop on a side to get the greatest gains
 
I feel like anavar is going viral on tiktok because this has to be the 5th anavar question I have seen in the last 24 hours.

So why don't you see how you respond to food? It'll kill you slower. Why push drugs up when you haven't pulled the most effective lever a body builder has at their disposal?

And don't kid yourself. 200 mg is the upper limit of TRT. Beyond that you are on a cycle.

Source: your doctor. Ask him to push your prescribed dose to 250 mg/wk. See what he says.

It's not a hard clinical rule for a reason. Prescribers use your TT to determine dose and they aim put you in the middle of pack for your age group, typically around 450-600 ng/dL.

If 200 mg doesn't put you there then something else is going on. There would be other things they would check before even considering a higher dose.
