Newbie here with a few questions about first cycle

Thank you for accepting me into your forum. I was wondering if I could get advice on a few things...
I am in my 40's 5'11 200 lbs and looking to start my first cycle.
From what I see, I should start with test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks broken down to 2 shots per week of 250mg? Maybe pre-load with 1000mg? Most my weight is in my gut (genetics can be a bitch sometimes). Also, is there anything I should supplement myself with so I don't get bitch tits? If so, around what week? I know I will need to train hard and eat right also and I am ready for this challenge. Also, I am about 3 hours from Mexico (TJ), and wanted to know of them having what I need if anyone knows, or in your opinion whom is the most trustworthy supplier so far. Thank you for your help in advance...
 
I need to get a professional percentage test, but on line when I crunch the numbers it says 19% thank you
 
Youre likely higher. I would strongly recommend you reduce your BF before you begin any cycles. High BF typically leads to unwanted estrogen related sides and none of them are any fun.
 
Diet and exercise to reduce gut fat, or any fat. Reducing fat cannot be site specific when dieting. You reduce overall fat. However, genetics will play a role on where its reduced more than other areas.

Use your free time to develop a solid diet and training routine. But yes, 250mg twice per week is a wise choice. Have you researched beginners cycles yet? Make sure to include an AI and hCG. Lots of reasons to include them both.

Do a PILE of research on AAS, diets, and any other areas you feel could use attention. Then post up any questions based on your research. Make notes and refer to them when necessary. This will expedite your education and flatten the learning curve.
