long time lurker, decided to jump in. a little about myself is, i have been lifting for a decently long time. this time last year i weighed 230lbs, at 5'10. bodyfat was around 24%. today, im at 189, with 17% bf. trying to cut till 15% at 180 ish, by October to begin my winter bulk. (cant wait since i have been cutting for what seems like forever.) i have put quite a bit of work into this in the last 6 months, lifting and serious dieting. weighing and logging everything i ate, making sure to hit the gym with no excuses, at first it seemed like i would never see results, but now i couldn't be happier. i plan on continuing my goals until i someday hope to reach 175lbs, at 8-9% which i know is going to take a long time, and some serious determination. thanks for reading guys!! have a great day.
