Hey folks,
Doing my part to say hello before making my minimal contributions across the boards.
Started strength training when I was about 15. Helped me gain some confidence and funnel my energy into more productive habits. Took some hiatus from strength training for a handful of years, in favor or more endurance based sports, and currently enjoying a resurgence of enthusiasm about strength training.
Despite struggling with some hormone issues for the last ~10 years, I never got on anything hotter than OTC for one reason or another (not being kosher with sports I was competing in - or just being ignorant about the topic). I found folks like MPMD and VigorousSteve over the last couple years, and have been down dozens of rabbit holes trying to educate myself on what's out there, how compounds interact with eachother, risks etc.
I've now been on Dr. prescribed TRT (120mg Cyp a week) and have been feeling fantastic. I've cleaned up my diet a bunch (really just eating ENOUGH food for the first time in my life) and been finding new extents of pushing myself in the gym. About to embark on my first TRT+ experiment, starting with a low-dose sublingual var cycle for an upcoming 6-week cut. I'll likely sit at that weight at maintenance for a bit - and trying to figure out at what point of the year I want to get back into a mild caloric surplus for a slow-and-steady massing phase... which will likely be encouraged by ~100-200mg Primo (depending on whether or not I bring up my Test dosage) and a little anavar kicker.
That's probably more than enough for now.
