Newbie Test Prop cycle 8 weeks

Hey guys thought id record my cycle here to not only help myself keep motivated on on track but for others to see should you want to run a similiar cycle etc.

So the cycle will be very simple
100mg of test prop eod for 8 weeks starting tomorrow (18th Saturday).
I will also be taking anastrozole 0.25mg eod

My facts-
16% body fat
Weight 72kg
5ft 11"
Train 4-5 times a week

Diet on cycle

Morning -
300grams of egg whites
27g of porride x2 (1 on non gym days)

Mid-afternoon
Protein shake

Lunch
Chicken breast grilled with broccoli

After gym
Protein shake
Chicken breast and broccoli
(Non lifting days wont have the protein shake)

Late evening
200 grams of egg whites

ALOT of water everyday

Gym days
Tuesday Chest
Wedneaday shoulders
Thursday back
Saturday arms
Sunday legs
10-15mins HIIT cardio at the end of every session
Ab exercises at the end of every session.

That's pretty much it will have my first injection tomorrow in the morning
If there is any input anyone would like to add please feel free to do so

Before and after pics will be posted when the last injection is done.

Forgot to add cycle goals are to decrease body fat whilst increasing muscle mass Which is pretty much the same for everyone lol
 
Just done my first 100mg injection stood there for five minutes scared to put it in but did it in the end
One the needle was in i drew back to see if any blood came out non did then went forward and injected
No pain or anything yet injection went real smooth

Just having breakfast now
 
Gym session done did arms today
Fel great got a good pump obviously was just placebo effect

Can feel a slight pain in my ass
 
Hopefully you don't get offended by this, but then again I don't care very much so I'll say it anyway. At 5'11, 72 kg and 16% bf you clearly don't know how to train and eat properly. That being said, you've clearly already made up your mind and us talking shit isn't gonna change anything. So I'll skip that part.

Good luck and I'll do my best to follow this to see how you do. 8 weeks of 350 mg/week sounds like a very nice, conservative first run. Where did you get your gear, if you're comfortable sharing that info?
 
Prop for a first run might have you pretty sore soon. That stuff tends to have a little bit of a bite for some people.
That aside though you should see great gains with it. For your goals your diet is not bad. If your training is in line and you don't fuck the diet up and the gear is good, you will do well.
Do you have your pct planned and on hand?

Im going to stay really strict on diet and workout
I have pct planned going to do nolva and clomid but dont have it on hand now should i do?
 
Interesting how you conveniently skipped over Ruckin's concerned post. But im not surprised as you appear to skip over a lot of things..like how to properly eat and train in order to prevent you from beginning a steroid cycle when youre skinnier than a broom handle - with 16%BF youre almost skinny fat actually. Or how to properly execute a recovery protocol. The reason youre skinny/fat is likley because youre lazy, based on your posts so far.

At 5' 11" and 158lbs you have no business do any type of cycles. Incidentally, I took a shit bigger than you today. Youre looking for the easy way to put on pounds but youre in for a surprise my friend. Your body and shitty diet/training is going to reject any weight or muscle gains AFTER recovery. And the fact that you are unprepared without your recovery items (PCT) suggest further that you should start listening and paying attention, rather than sluffing off members who are far more experienced and educated than you are.

With your stats and attitude, youre about to learn a valuable lesson. I'll see you around later when youre crying your eyes out because you lost all your "gains", or your dick doesnt work, or because your acne is out of control, or a host of other side effects you have no clue on how to manage.

1) i don't know how to train?
Ok my training is set out above i do high intensity i do four sets of gradually increasing the weight and chuck in the odd superset or drop set to shock muscles
2) my diet uptop is perfectly fine except for the fact i could do with adding some more carbs
3) im skinny fat? I aint skinny im medium size actually and ive taken advice from alot of people and read around alot i know what i need to do and will donit by the book.
4) the only reason i dont have pct on hand is because i thought it didnt matter till end of cycle but ill give you that because i should have it on hand
5) i dont have a bad attitude but what i dont like is guys like you coming here running there mouths of trying to insult me acting like you know everything and everyone is below you if you have nothing positive to say or to help me simply dont post its not that hard

It's always a good idea to have everything on hand from the start, just to be safe, yes.
 
You need more food, like a lot more. Have some sort of greens with every meal they aid digestion and nutrient absorption. You also need to up your fat and protein intake. Carbs are great to have when you wake up, pre and post training but after that should be high fats high protein from healthy sources. Nuts, avocado, chicken cooked in cocunut oil and various natural peanut/almond butter spreads. Rotate your protein sources throughout the day so you have various windows of different amino acid breakdowns in the blood to keep the muscles fed.

All this is basic info you should know before you start relying on drugs.

You are way to tall and way to skinny at the moment to not focus more on your diet. Diet is way more anabolic then any hormone you will put in your body.
 
Actually go look at my log I'm doing 50mg of prop Ed with a low dose of masteron. I'm consuming roughly 6-8 full meals a day with some shakes an snacks everyday. That's how you should structure your diet on or off cycle. If you wanna loose body fat you need more frequent meals throughout the day as well as more structure in your nutrition.

No more drugs just up meals 6-8 a day. Eventually you will get the thermic effect of eating and your body will use calories to burn calories your consuming and you will feel like a fat burning furnace throughout the day. Clen will just give you jitters and elevated HR and make muscle growth that much harder if you aren't taking in sufficient calories. EAT EAT EAT (: trust me!

Everything you laid out looks good, doesn't sound like you're a bodybuilder, so your diet should be just fine.

Keep things simple, bust your ass in the gym, keep eating good and you should get decent results in the end.

Just saw your last post...stay away from clean, the results don't warrant the possible sides that could come along with it.
 
Dude you never even posted your training program. You posted a half ass bodybuilding split that no one should be following with your stats. If you knew how to eat and train, you wouldn't be under 160 lbs at 5'11" and 16% BF. Seriously? But you'd rather live in denial. There's a reason why you look like shit and AAS isn't going to help. If you aren't skinny fat, post some pics and prove it. I call BS. Don't come crying here in 3-4 months when you have bitch tits and a bigger gut than what you started with. But you'll just deny deny deny. Keep on denying the things people with 10x your experience and knowledge keep telling you. Your denial may actually change your circumstances...in your head at least. My advice is to drop the gear now before it's too late and head over to the training and nutrition forums. But you already know everything, so why bother, right?
 
As you can see im not skinny fat i have weight on me its ALL on my stomach and chest rest of body is lean
One thing i dont get is why is everyone cursing everyone on here arent we all aiming for the same goal

Will take your advice on board mate thanks gunna keep on this cycle but will add maybe two more small meals into the day
