Hello and good afternoon or morning or night,
I'm a 44 year old male, 305 lbs. Use to lift quite a bit of weight but lately I've been lazy. Most of the laziness comes from 2 sources:
1. 30% Injuries. My shoulders hurt, my elbows hurt, my triceps hurt, my back hurts, my neck hurts. You get the point
2. 70% I'm lazy
I've been on about 70mg test c for about 2 years and overall it's helped me. Took the lazy down from 85% to 70%.
I've been reading about peptides quite a bit lately and started on semaglutide about 6 months ago. Lost about 35lbs.
When I was lifting lots, I was eating lots. More food plates + more weight plates = More big and strong. Simple math.
When I quit lifting I kept eating because I had spent years training myself to eat lots. So going back to the formula. More food plates = More big only.
Semaglutide helped me bring my appetite down to normal big appetite and things have been going well. Doc was thinking about having me switch over to tirzapeptide at my next checkup in 6 months, if I stalled. This last prescription renewal the insurance decided Wegovy needed preauth. Then denied it.
So we tried Zepbound. Not covered at all.
When I first started looking at peptides I was really interested in PBC157 and TB500 (obviously) but ended up talking with the doc about semaglutide because of availability. Well now that's not readily available I thought I'd go down this rabbit hole and it lead me here to you guys.
So hello!
