Hi all-I've been reading on here for a bit and finally decided to join. I've been on Rx TRT 100wk normal dose for a couple of years with no ancillary and trying to learn a little, more size and up performance, nothing crazy. Doc is pretty strict on the trt and def not up on latest - HCG, anti estro, etc. etc. I see that sources on here are like hidden treasures but must be good. Looking forward to learning more from you all and hopefully sharing knowledge.

Welcome aboard, @Evolutionman. I'm in the same boat as you as far as TRT docs are concerned. I asked my endo about a script for HCG and Arimidex and his brain almost exploded from having a patient ask about potentially useful ancillary meds. He didn't want to prescribe them, of course.

I came here for the same reasons and found all the info needed to fine tune my HRT. As you may know it is a process getting your levels to a point where you feel the best possible. This took me a while, changing dosages, adding an AI and lots of blood work.
If yours is not, find a knowledgeable doctor that will allow you to tweak your regime.

100mg is a low dose but not by much for trt. Read up and make an informed decision about increasing your dosage.

Thanks all for the welcome. @ 100 my levels hover around 6-700.Of course doc thinks this is perfect. I'd like them a little higher than that with managed sides. maybe occasional blast and trt cruise. Anyone ever manage estro sides with otc (grapeseed ext or DIM powder) or is this a waste of time?
