Hi People!
Been registered on this forum for quite some time and in the past decided to take on some genuinely stupid shit advices (from the seller "PT") and got burned on money, so yeah, everything is experience, but this time I thought that I should be a bit more smart and man up, come to the forum and ask old schoolers, experienced people and other people who would be kind of hit me up with any advise from your own experience or something like that.
Obviously, I do want to specify that I am not planning to waste my money on BS anymore and I am not super familiar with abbreviations of some things, so would be great if you guys would hit me up with full name or a bit of an info in regards to that, but I do know the basics. So, once that is out of the way, my plan would be to start with some sort of a Test cycle 6-8 weeks and slowly introduce my body to the "juice" (if this is a realistic cycle length for a starter like me).
I want something that is long lasting, even if it's long cycles and it's not instant gains, but more like a stable growth, that even if I get some breaks due to work or something like that, I wouldn't deflate like a baloon (the experience from the previously mentioned BS delusional PT and it's Dianobol and Decca advises.), but I don't have any issues of being consistant, so, while repeating myself, I am looking for a stable long term growth that will give me the maximum results, not planning to for any kind of a competitions or such, just to grow to the size I want - muscle wise and get stronger, while keeping the toned and pumped body.
Possible, after the 1st Test cycle, would probably do a bit of a break from it and get on it again and on the 3rd one, would start introducing something else and slowly reach Tren and other stuff.
My current "specs" is 30 years old, 105kg, 185cm height, got a bit of a fat around the waste, but that's due to diet, which is thanks to pandemic, also, haven't hit the gym for quite some time (again blaming the pandemic), to be more specific - about 2 years or so, but got back recently and will take another month or two to adapt back to my regime, so wondering if I should be continuing with my plan with the gym for 1-2-3 months and then 1st cycle or I could start it earlier (?).
Currently trying to balance out my diet at 2400-2600 kcl and get used to it while working, but since I do building work, feels like I would need to increase that.
Starting with a protein (Animal Whey) and creatine (probably will go for cre-alkalyn).
Would appreciate any kind of advises from anyone and have to thank in advance for that!
P.S. Don't worry, hit me up with all the critique possible, don't want to repeat the same mistake and will rather learn from experience, than BS crap.
