Well as far as arm size goes I'm a firm beleiver that your arm size should be 3x your penis size!! hahah

Actually that would be pretty sweet to have 21" arms!!! ok maybe not 3x

in case you missed my post....i'm in carroll county with a digital camera ready to go for you bro. you wanted to prove your stats to all us bitches, well here's your chance

I don't think it's possible for me to have 36 inch guns! ;) ...I don't want to look like Greg with all of that damn Synthol.

I read this post and my smile grew larger and larger.
Hell I am 180 and I thought I was pretty good benching 272 about 5 times.

I just measured 20 inch and put it around my arm and made them look like toothpicks.
This guy must be HUGE... and a weird looking physique?

Good read though.

My ambition in life is to be a Jay Cutler just with arms twice as large and half the size!

very true .. i keep seeing a skinny dude with big arms walking around ... just weird that the only measurement you know is your arms? also, what's this take a pic in two months crap ... put up or shut up because you have the bro from this thread that is in carroll county waitin to take your pic!

Dude I have read your posts and I am taking you seriously. Good job on all that hard work you put forth in the gym.

Now I want you to take me seriously...Stay away from steroids! (for the next few years) Your body is going to change as you get into your 20's and you will start to notice both size and strength gains as you start to develop a man's body.

Right now you are not going to see side effects as much because you are still "invincible". Your goals are admirable, but if you truely want to achieve them, you are headed down the wrong path.

Work on your form, diet, and EDUCATION!!!

Never heard that before, and never compared the 2 measurements. But you're right, they're within an inch. Way off on that 3x dick thing though lol, had my wife measure that....

One of the classic measurements of symmetry is for the neck, arm and calf to all have the same measurement. Ancient greek sculpters used this standard of symmetry in their work.

Old time bodybuilders also went by this. It was a common goal among bodybuilders to develop all 3 to equal size. Old time BB magazines used to include neck exercises along with all the other exercises.

It wasn't until the late 60's, early '70's that the trend started toward mass with less regard for classical symmetry. What a coincidence, that's also when steroids became wide spread.

Frank Zane, 3 time Mr. Olympia, is one of the last great bodybuilders who aspired to this classical symmetry. He won Mr. Olympia at 5'9", 185 pounds with 18" arms, 18" neck and 18" calves, and a 30 inch waist. He had an ab vacuum shot that no one today could match. Nowadays he wouldn't even get a call out, which is a commentary on the sad state of affairs in pro bodybuilding.

This dude has to look funny with big ass arms, no legs at all and where is his chest? Not enough weight for those stats IMO.

Thats what i'm saying. 20" arms on a 175lb frame?? I really dont think its technically possible without Synthol or Valvoline
