Hey guys my name is Caz im 22yrs old im a smaller guy im 5'6 155lb. Ive never used gear before but im ready to learn all i can so i can have a good first cycle so any advice is appreciated.

From a newbie who just finished his first cycle succesfully thanks to the knowledge on these threads my advice would be to read read read and wait for it... Read some more.dig through the threads and pick up as much info as possible. But i dont believe youre gonna get to many replys due to your age .
