Hey, I'm here to gain some knowledge and honestly possibly good sources for supps. I've been working out for over 25yrs & have competed. Looking to gain back what I've lost through this past year with a torn right hamstring & then after that right shoulder surgery. I'm 5'6 & currently about 180lbs, was 200lbs but lost a lot with said above injuries.
