Newbiw needing HElP on training??

I have some sust250.. But before using I wanna get on a go diet&Training schdule.... I'm 140lbs 25yrs. 5'11........ Is there certain training schdule or any things special to do?... I Try to take in 4500 cal. a day and about 1.5g per pound of protein a day.... But I'm kinda lost on what to eat and need a good training schdule. Any help would be great............Thanks....

I really dont have any kind've routine.............HELP.......I just go to gym and workout ......... I really need a workout routine.....
 
This is the simplest post I've ever made...

At 140lbs and 5'11" you rival most Kenyan marathon runner after they've been dead for several decades. Therefore...

1) Do NOT use AAS for at least 3-5 years. - But why do I know you won't listen to me?

2) Start the 5x5 (look in the stickies) Follow it to a tee.

3) Eat food until you nearly throw up 10 times per day.
