yeah another one. like most people don't have much knowledge on these topics but am jumping ship from naps. never had an issue but if there are alternatives out there it's time to learn them.
so powerlifter post torn supraspinatus and then hip flexor back to back. going to trim up a bit for summer instead of getting strong again. figure it'll let me heal up better. I'll go ahead and get my purple belt in jiu jitsu this year once i can use my left leg. former best lifts: 415 bench 525 squat and 615 dealift at 232 (fully dressed in dress clothes, so more like 220ish). more realistic today lifts 385 bench, mystery squat but last heavy lift i did was a single at 430, deadlift around 575.
