Best believe i got a 35 can cooler on me at all times haha. I'll pull out cold chicken and rice and these fuckers call me crazy

Update weight is up 2lbs.
Also taking adex 1mg eod.
Day 12 today.

Dbol is at 60mg a day.. Diet is clean and mild but figured I'd be up a bit more. But no complaints as I feel my midsection is tighter and less water due to the adex. Time will tell

Weights creeping on slowly, too slowly. Kind of odd, but hey... Maybe I need to up my calories again. Can't blame gear for that.

Like I said, something just tells me this dbol should be hitting me harder. @Wunderpus - any thoughts?

60mgs a day dbol is fairly mild bro... Try 100, split the dose.

Okay I even refreshed the page just to be sure you thought I said dbol not drol. I agree, I don't understand whatsup with it. The first time I ran GP dbol at 30mg a day I had all the sides for a week, lethargic, BP, ect. Put on 15lbs in 4 weeks... With this its like I'm taking sugar. No pumps, no lethargy. I mean I just don't know. Regardless, I only been on for almost 2 weeks. But still.. If you remember, I had this same problem with the dbol last blast. I blamed it on my diet to be sure. But I don't know man.. Second time running it.. And I'm sitting on like 6 blisters of the same batch.

How weird... Well, diet can ALWAYS be improved, right? Where are you at, macro wise, and what's your pre workout meal looking like?

Pre workout meal is my bounce back between a few. My favorite is:

1: 2 cups oats. 1 large banana. 1 protein shake with milk.

2: 4 pieces of toast. 5 whole eggs. 1 cup of milk. 2 tbsp Peanut butter on one of the toast.

These two are the ones I use most while bulking.

Marcos are 4200 calories ; as of now. Was at 3200. Probably my issue, that's why I don't throw a blame until I know.

But macros are the same.

4200 cals
40 carbs. 25 protein. 35 fat.
 
Good luck on that, I have a few bottles of the Adrol that "failed" AL testing, and I still haven't had any direction on what to do, months in.

** today whilst doing back and bi I had to cut my workout short. The pump in my back was too intense, along with the biceps. Will be investing in some potassium glauconate. Hopefully this will be able to get me through a session. Does a pump justify this case? Not entirely, but it is definitely a side effect and additive to note.

As I wasn't gettin a picture in today (couldn't even hold a pose without cramping) here's a shot from a leg day. No arm pump or anything, just really felt full all over.

Looking good bro. Forearms are coming in nice, but you're lagging on the biceps. Triceps look good. I know you have good work ethic and diet so I'm not questioning that. What's your bicep routine look like? And sorry if it sounds like I came off disrespectful, I don't not mean it that way at all.

Well the pose I'm hitting shows forearms and neglects biceps. With a simple turn of the hands, you would see my biceps peak and forearms come off not as strong. BUT. I do agree, I can always inprove. Not disrespectful at all, simply stating an opinion. I don't have a set arm routine. I don't have an arm day. I haven't in about a year.

I hit arms every time I hit chest and back. I hit chest and back twice a week. So there's 4 times a week my arms are required to work to substantial levels. Now, I've just recently changed my training and when I finish writing this program, it really changes.

But on my chest days I'll do three exercises of triceps. (About 10-14 sets) - back days three exercises of biceps. Same concept.

I do plan to focus on then more. And I appreciate the input boss's.
