Whatsup meso.. Been following for about a year now, figured I would make an account and try to help out and put a true log for people to see and learn from.. Advise welcome, discussion welcome. Let's rock.

Let's make it simple. Second cycle. Classic physique division competing.
Starting at 5"11 170lbs roughly 8-9% bf
Last cycle ended at 195 - decided to cut weight and was at my all time best look after 3 months of cutting to 178. Looked amazing. Had some family issues and lost 2 months of all my dieting, training routine, and some precious size.. I do not advise going into a cycle at 170lbs.. I feel it's not needed. Yes, I should have went back to 180-185 before starting this cycle. But I'm back in it, I know my goals, and I am committed.

I am going to do a 10 week *blast* of
1-10: 12.5mg aromasin ED
25 days: 40mg dbol
1-10: 750mg test c 400mg deca
11-21: 250mg test c cruise
22-32: 250mg test c 400mg tren e


I enjoy criticism. This is set and stone.

11/30 - left - 200mg deca 375 test C
11/30 - start of dbol 40mg Ed / 12.5mg aromasin
12/03 - right - 200mg deca 375 test C
12/03 - day 5 of dbol - noticed slightly better pumps - not too much of a difference yet. Feeling good about this cycle though.
12/07 -left- 200mg deca 375 test c
Tingly going in as where from 2.5ml a shot I was still a bit sore. Pip not as bad the following day.
Hit chest, had a shorter workout. For the first 2 weeks I'm not getting too crazy, keeping my weights about 70% and my workout time about an hour with probably 6-8 exercises with anywhere from 3-6 sets an exercise. I like volume. TUT!
12/8 - Back today as of 12/8. Dbol should be slowly kicking in. Going to do some fine tuning soon. Can't wait. Stay tuned.

12/9 - Hit shoulders today.. The pump I had was great and I felt I was really getting In tune and contracting the medial really well.
Felt full today, dbol possibly kicking in. Will be able to tell more in 3-4 days.
 
12/11 - no gym today. Out of town and in gatlinburg for the weekend. Going to absolutely kill some food- should be a nice hefty re feeding... Will post some food pics and current physique pictures soon.
 
image.jpeg 12/14- left - pinned 375mg of test c and 200mg deca today- smooth shot. A little sore going in, actually pretty sore... But it will eventually loosen up and this virgin muscle will relax a bit.. Feeling great!

Amazing chest workout today. Feeling better than I ever have. Coming in amazing right now, diet is dialed in, everything is in place. Not checking weight for a couple months... Going by the mirror. And right now, the mirror is telling my im absolutely killing shit.

Chest workout today was simple

Incline DB flyes / 6x8
Incline DB press / 6x8
SS: Cable chest press / 4x12
SS: assisted dip machine for chest press / 4x12
Incline DB flyes / 4x12

Let's get this shit rolling!
 
I don't know if I missed it somewhere but how many calories are you consuming every day? With being as lean as you are right now you could easily blow up if you're consuming enough calories.

12/15- back and a little bit of triceps..
Back workout was stupid pumps.
Dbol put me to a stop 4 or 5 times..
Great contractions and could feel every muscle in my back being recruited with the exercises performed. Very solid day. Will up my Taurine doses next back and chest day. Shoulders today as of 12/16.

Nope you didn't miss a thing. I'm going more off of the way I feel I need to feed. Different, I know man. For example today I have..

6 sausage patties breakfast with rice cake
One cup of oatmeal with half cup of milk
1/2lb chuck and 2 cups rice
1/2lb chuck and 2 cups rice
2 cups of Greek yogurt
1 cup of yogurt and 2 cup mini wheats
(Whatever dinner is) usually always high protein and carb dense - it's my float meal
A bagel and 2 glass of milk

Usually that.
Growing well. Will up it within the next 2 weeks.

12/16- shoulders-

workout went great. Really felt in tune. Pumps stayed in check. Endurance stayed up. Day 17 and it's going as it should.

Workout?

Standing single DB side raises (slow) 6x12
12.5x12 15x12 for rest of set.
Smith machine shoulder press 2x12 2x8 2x4
95x12 x 2 135x8 x2 175x4 x 2
Seated DB side raises (small momentum) 4x6
25x6 30x5 25x6 for rest of set
Superset front DB raise and side DB raise 4x10
15lb dumbells used for both
Rear delt fly burnout 8x ???? (Machine)
4x15 5x12 6x12 7x12 8x12 8x10 8x9 9x6

Good simple short workout. Solid.

12-21 / chest workout
Bad ass workout today

Chest incline DB flyes 6x12
Chest incline DB press 5x8
Chest incline cable fly 4x10
Chest flat machine fly 4x10
Chest incline cable press 6x8
Incline DB flyes 4x6
Chest cable press 6x8

What an amazing pump. Strength was up. Lifts were up. All is going well!!!

That's the breakfast for 12/23 - what a beautiful morning. Going to crush some shoulders later. 60 degree days in late December, beautiful.

12-22 / pin left ass
2.5cc - 375mg test c 200mg deca
Day 22 of dbol. Upped to 50mg. Feeling it well. I keep my bloat down with diet and have put on a fair amount of thickness. Crushed back and even hit a bit more pressing work on chest..
For example incline DB presses 5x4 (lbs)
70x6 80x4 90x4 85x4

Then followed up with some thickness work on back with some flyes on the chest. Overall a good workout, back is tight and chest even tighter. Had bad dbol pumps doing bent over rows.. It dropped me to the ground once.

I would run var on a cruise. You gonna run it for 10 weeks??
 
I'd stick to your plan and go 10, with 8 weeks of var.
I probably will. I honestly might drop it to 8 weeks... Run a different oral on the cruise for 4 weeks... Then week 2 of the tren run, run var or something. Decisions decisions.

I know I can't wait to see the outcome.
 
1/1/16 - damn, what a start to a new year.
Pin in right glute tonight. The normal 375mg test c and 200mg deca - everything is going great. Up in weight, honestly staying just as lean, strength is up. Going into week 4-5 today. For 4 weeks, I've made some serious changes. I honestly feel like my goal of 215 will be easy as can be. I love when it's smooth sailing. God bless.

Maybe it's just the angle or lighting but your forearms look fucking enormous. Almost like they are overwhelming your arms. Maybe it's just how I'm seeing it. Not a common problem.
