That your 15 pounds less then me and 3 inches taller but look way way wider then I do cause I haven't done any movements like that. We have the same body type and it's cool seeing the way you've trained making you look like a classic physique ideal picture and the way I've trained has made me look like a shitbrickhouse lol I've got like no taper anymore and your taper is unreal
 
If you dont do rack pulls I highly recommend them. Great for density IMO. You definitely got it going on though man. Keep up the hard work.

I'm only 183ish man don't make fun of me. It's all about the illusion! And yeah I see what you're saying now. It just backs the truth of different methods showing different results. Thanks for the taper comment, my pride and joy. About to go on a 2x/wk split..

Actually built a routine i'll be using for a while now.. If anyone would like to see the chest/back workout... ill be more than happy to post it up here. will definitely be a mix for you.
 
I wouldn't mind seeing it my man. I was thinking of switching back to chest/back split next month with a focus on supersetting.

90 seconds rest between sets on the first 4 exercises.. 2 minutes rest between exercise. you get what I'm saying?

supersets are back to back.. rest 90 seconds.. then back to back. enjoy.
 
How do you feel with the Geneza aromasin at 12.5mg daily ? Quality feel right ? I ask because I myself was thinking about using not only the aromasin for on cycle support but the nolva and clomid for pct

I honestly feel good. I sometimes do 12.5mg eg or 12.5mg eod. Have stuck to 12.5mg Ed as I went up 8 lbs too quick and upped the dosing frequency. I honestly am on. The dbol was nice too.

Absolute fucking killer back day. Ate around 200g of carbs 45 mins before workout.. Was so damn full. Crowded gym so I didn't have time or place to take shirt off and grab a picture. Basically.. My lats were pumped and cramped, traps were too tight to stretch, felt more thick than I ever have.. 187ish in weight.. These 32 in pants can still come about 3 1/2 inches off my waist. Feeling like a Fucking tank.

Yes I know.. Still a baby compared to others. But let me live in my bubble ahahhaha.
 
Jan 19/ pinning this wendesday.
Have had libido problems with the deca.. Started caber 3x a week @12.5mg - didn't take caber but maybe once a week before this. Also taking l tyrosine to boost libido. Deca dick isn't a joke. Slowly getting better day by day. Literally lost my boner during sex the other day. Think I was dosing my aromasin too often.. Going back to 12.5mg e3d

Progress picture.. - still staying as tight as possible. And to be honest. My diet could be better. As I reflect back I am somewhat upset with the way I've treated my nutrition. Live and learn, but to be where I want to be.. I don't have time for that bullshit.
