Hi all,

Figured now is as good a time as any to introduce myself. Train, but don’t currently compete in combat sports. Cardio and strength are my main goals over adding size: Have a history of low dose steroid cycles but have recently become more interested in peptides etc for recovery also. Here to gain knowledge from other members and also to ensure I am being sensible and safe as possible. Thanks for taking the time to read.
