Been doing a lot of thinking on what I want my next cycle to look like.

35 yo
6’0”
223lbs
Bf 12%? I am lean but hold a bit in the mid section lately as I am eating a shit ton of food.
Just came off of:
Week 1-10
Test E 600mg/wk
Deca- 600mg/wk
Week 1-4 and 12-16
100 mg Anadrol/day
Weeks 10-16
Deca 750mg/week
Taking in 2,500-3,000 cal and 250-300g protein ed.
Cruising Test E 150mg/week for 16 weeks
Cycle went phenomenal. Put on 15lbs, looking to clear about 5-8lbs of muscle as the deca/Anadrol bloat drops away. Only
Bench went from 275 to 315.
I don’t do other major lifts like squat and deadlift to avoid injury. In this for the long haul.
Goal- big and strong. I want to get my bench up to 400lb. I want to get 1,000lbs on the leg press. I want to get 200’s up on the incline dumbbells. Stuff like that. I would like to see what a clean 250lb body type feels like. I grew up a skinny dude so being larger now feels great.
Next cycle:
I am thinking I will keep what I did last cycle, but interested in adding another compound. Or may not… idk lol. Maybe 4iu/day hgh? Maybe eq? Considered tren but I’m already a bit of a hyper person and have a wife and kids which will set anyone off even without the juice lol.
