Next cycle?

It's that time again. Planning my next cycle.

Diet:
190 grams protein
245 grams carbs
49 grams fat
(Considering a 10-20% increase across the board)

Lifts:
Bench 275
Squat 365
Deads 465
(Lifts are lower than normal due to some time off)

Cycle:
Test E weeks 1-10 250/E3D
Tren A weeks 1-13 100/EoD
Test Prop weeks 11-13 100/EoD
HCG weeks 12-15 1000/E3D
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I'm gong to have caber, adex, and aromasin on hand. Do you think I should stock anything else?
 
Ah ha. I knew I was forgetting something. I'm 5' 10" 205lbs at approx 15% bf. I'm looking to lean out and harden up.
 
so that means you have 31 lbs of fat and only 175lb of LBM.

I think you should Cut naturally down to 10%, and then Bulk up too a SOLID 220 ish weight with 10% or less BF.

LOSING BF IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET HARD. - doing this myself lol.

Because that will Get you "hard"

Thanks! I'm setting up my next cycle now so I'm prob at the earliest 30-60 days out. I've been in a cut for a little while. After some time off I was sitting at around 230 lbs. but shedding these last few bf% shouldn't be no thing. As for the cycle itself no suggestions?
 
Im a certified trainer with alot of Xp with nutrition. So im comfortable interjecting there.

I have yet to do a cycle. so Im not going to pretend to have any answers there.
