I am planning my next cycle---It will be fat loss phase, but I am trying to keep as much of my bodyweight as I can--

Currently at 240 around 18-20%bf
I want to lose about 6-8% of my bf-

I was thinking of taking the following

Week 1-12 test enath. 1000mg
Week 1-12 eq 400-600mg
Week 3-12 tren enantha 250-500mg
Week 4-12 t-3 up to 125mcg
Ldex .50 eod
pct

never used tren e before, so any helpful comments on it are welcome--

Also with my diet, I havent tried to loose bf in a long time, so I am trying to find the ideal diet to shed some fat and keep all my muscle(OH SORRY I WAS HAVING A DREAM)

What calorie ratio do you guys think would be best?
Also, how many cals per lb of bodyweight would be best?
240 X ? = cals

any suggestions

If you are cutting, I don't think you need that high of dosages. It would just be wasting gear b/c you wont gain much, if any muscle while cutting , and lowering the dosages to like 500 test and 400 EQ would be sufficient for maintaining muscle mass IMO. I would also cut the EQ out 1 week earlier than the test so that they will clear at the same time.
 
240lbs I'd start at 3600cals( 5-6meals per day ) I like a 40/40/20 ratio. Then every 3 wks cut your carbs by 200cals. I use this when I'm cutting and it doesn't feel like I'm starving myself at least not till the very end.........11
