Night shift and cycling?

Does anyone or anyone you now cycle and work a night shift? I'm a hospital employee who will be going back on a night shift 7p-730a 3x's a week. The days are always varied unfortunately making sleep a huge pain in the ass as far as routine and length. I'm not sure if I should wait until I'm back on a regular day routine before cycling which could be around a year away. What's anyone opinion?

I actually was hoping it would help me feel better. Sleep more efficiently when I do sleep, and overall help with my fatigue from the off hours.

That would not affect you that much, however not having a structured sleep can be a showstopper on bulking or a fatigue booster if cutting…

taking anything for sleep? Maybe HGH? It can help a lot
