You will be alright all the experienced guys will see your hobble and know what it is. You want your quads to get used to it....so I would not stop pinning them just rotate make sure you hit quads the day before an off day or upper body day. Glutes are good there are studies that show they give better absorption then delts. IME I say delts are the least painful place for virgin muscles. We all have been there @Nitrust .
Shit is unreal! I am going to be nervous as hell next time I pin my quad because I know the gruesome pain that shows its ugly face 2 days later.
The bad part is, I am on my feet for 12 hours at work. I feel like I got beat with a bat in my leg. Its no joke!
Virgin muscle is correct Nitrust. But as you know, I'm just about to wrap up my test and tren cycle. And I kid you not, it took me like 5 weeks of pinning ed in 6 different spots to FIND my sweet spots. When you do its glorious. Good luckGotta get some pics taken tonight. They will be 3 days in pics, but it should be ok. I do have a couple pucs from last week but I got my stringer muscle shirt on.
