I always have an air bubble to chase my gear out of the syringe and help keep it from leaking out of the injection spot :D the pip is always the next day or two ;)

3200 calories..worked a 12 hour shift in the hospital so 3 days a week i may not hit 4k.

Today (2 days after first pin), I can barely put and weight on my right leg. The pip is strong and real!

I might have to stick to delts for injections for now. The suspension in my delt has wayyyy less pip than the oil in my quad. Not sure if I hit the wrong place or what but holy fucking shit it hurts!!

I am going to attempt to hobble around the gym today and do either shoulder work or some back...

I have a question, should I stick to aro 6.25mg eod or do it on injection days only?
 
You will be alright all the experienced guys will see your hobble and know what it is. You want your quads to get used to it....so I would not stop pinning them just rotate make sure you hit quads the day before an off day or upper body day. Glutes are good there are studies that show they give better absorption then delts. IME I say delts are the least painful place for virgin muscles. We all have been there @Nitrust .

Im currently rotating my quads to speed up tolerance but much like nitrust said pip sucks , no joke. I've adopted a new gate just for my pip
 
I would try anything to get rid of it....even squatted on it, stretch, it is kind of funny now because when i go to the big gym I see it sometimes and get a chuckle. I ddn't think it was funny at the time.....rite of passage I guess.

The bad part is, I am on my feet for 12 hours at work. I feel like I got beat with a bat in my leg. Its no joke!

i hit quads too, and i have mild PIP.. feels liks a charlie horse, better this am.. off to squat boys...

throw up some before pics so you have something to compare to in 3mo..

were all rooting for you Nitrust
 
what's up man. Yeah quad injections were a bitch for me too when I first started, but like volt said you'll get use to it. Just make sure to keep pinning them. Before I cycled I always wondered why I would see guys limping around haha.

Thanks stretch will do. My workout was awesome! Did traps,delts,lats,tris.

The more I moved around the better the pip got!
 
Gotta get some pics taken tonight. They will be 3 days in pics, but it should be ok. I do have a couple pucs from last week but I got my stringer muscle shirt on.

Virgin muscle is correct Nitrust. But as you know, I'm just about to wrap up my test and tren cycle. And I kid you not, it took me like 5 weeks of pinning ed in 6 different spots to FIND my sweet spots. When you do its glorious. Good luck
 
Good to see you busted the cherry! Good luck on the cycle. Volt is right, don't drop the quads out of your rotation. It will get better.
