"No Excuses" lab?

Dude at the gym started UGL gear and his hair started falling out fast. He decided to stop taking everything. I was working in with him and he was talking about it. Said it was "No Excuses" and he got it from a local source. I looked around and found some references online to the lab and being scammed etc... Looks like they shut down.

Anyway, my question is if anyone knows if they made a quality product before whatever happened to end them.

What exactly was he taking ? Certain juice will make your hair fall out and he also could be genetically predisposed to hair loss. Doesn’t mean his stuff is bad. The lab name is super gay though.

Primo and Anadrol. He's super freaky about hair loss and just stopped because of that, not because he thought it was bad gear. He said he wanted to get rid of the stuff he had on the cheap. That's why I was wondering about the known quality of the lab. If it's shit, it doesn't matter how cheap it is.
