No explode pre training

So guys i have been taking no explode the last few weeks, which i am enjoying.

So i no that ur not ment to wieght train on an empty stomach but u need to have NO on an empty stomach to feel the effects.

so my question is should i have a meal 1hr before the gym or my NO ??

Ok Danny boy.......NO Xplod doesn't build muscle, food does. Try a protein and carb shake 1 to 1.5 hours before training and then your NO Xplod 30min before training. Best of both worlds. Make sure the protein blend is low fat, fat slows gastric emptying. Hope this helps.
