No Juice = soreness

For some reason, I never noticed that while your not on juice your workouts make you sore as shit. I haven't been on in a while and man my regular routine is taxing me. I'm sore for two full days after working a muscle group. Taking glutamine and shit to help but I really really can't wait to start my next cycle next week. I'm leaving for cancun 2 months from today...HA HA...
 
No juice = decreased recovery abilities.

Try adding in 1-2 grams of vitamin C immediately post workout.
 
Also the single most important factor in soreness recovery with me is post workout nutrition. Make sure to chug down 100g of maltodextrin or glucose or both mixed, with around 50g of whey protein. an hour later eat a small slow release carb meal with protein eg pasta and chicken. Another hour later have a bigger sized normal meal like the above. carbs n protein n the muscles after you workout! The wholefood meals stabilise any blood sugar crash from the glucose as well as re-feeding you hence why having one an hour after the shake
