No Progress on HST

I know this is early to tell, but I have two days left of my second week of 15's on HST. I've followed through pretty well on diet and correct training, but I'm just not feeling anything....no real "pumps" and no noticeable progress....should I be feeling more by now, or am I doing something wrong perhaps? Thanks
 
If I remember right, 15's are really more prep work for growth later. Some guys who have done several cycles and are on AAS say you can skip them. They aren't there for growth, but get the tendons and muscles ready for the next load, without straining them like the low reps do.

*Note: I can't do 15 dips with my own bodyweight, so I do dips every time NOT to failure.

Legs
Hack Squat 2x
Stiff Leg Deads 2x

Chest
Flat (alternating with Incline) DB Press 2x
Dips 1x

Back
Pulldowns (alternating close grip/wide grip) 2x
BB Bent Over Rows 2x

Traps
Shrugs 2x

Shoulders
DB Press 1x
Side Raise 1x
Bent Over Raise 1x

Bis
Hammers 2x

Tris
DB Pullovers 2x

Calves
Calf Raise 2x

Abs
2x

That's also interesting....so maybe I shouldn't be too concerned about a lack of growth from the 15s?? Thanks

Nah, dont worry about it. Some get some initial growth (Like Neodavid) that is likely fluid increases. The 15s are great for rehab/prehab and will help lead you into the 10s and 5s. Keep us updated on your progress as you move through the 10s.

thanks...so the program looks solid enough? My wieghts aren't perfect either--during the first week I had overestimated a few poundages and so I had to readjust a few things.

Are you currently assisted or natural?


natural right now....unless I do a little M1T cycle of what I have left of trying that supplement earlier.....however I do plan on doing a test cycle a little later this summer. I wanted to get confortable with HST and a new program first. Thanks for the help
