So I thought i'd share my experience with everyone. By the way, Nolvadex by itself DOES NOT/SHOULD NOT make you fail a drug test, but may hinder the process of detoxifying drugs from your body. So over the last few years, I've been on probation a few times for marijuana. I've smoked daily every time I was on probation. For my drug test, I used AZO, for Urinary Tract Infections, EVERY time. And I was clean for EVERY drug test.
Recently, I've decided to join the army and used Nolvadex a few weeks ago for my PCT. So I followed the same procedure for my other drug tests; 2 AZO pills every 4 hours, total of 6 pills. And keep in mind, the drug tests for probation was sent to a lab, so it was pretty damn accurate. But this time, I failed my drug test at the recruiters office. The kool thing is they don't care that I smoke. So they just told me to come back in a week. Tried the same procedure, failed again. I havn't smoked since a week before my first drug test. I KNOW for a FACT that it is from the Nolvadex because my friend used the EXACT SAME AZO pills to detox for the army, a week prior to my drug test and he passed. He never took Nolvadex before. He was also a very heavy user of marijuana and has higher body fat % than me. Mine is below 10% Body fat and I also do A LOT of cardio. I will be taking another drug test in a few days and it'll be exactly 3 weeks and 5 days since i've smoked. I failed drug test earlier today and it is 3 weeks, 2 days since my last drug test. So hopefully I'll be clean by then since it should only take 30 days max for marijuana to clear my system.
Before I took the AZOs, I made sure there was no drug interactions between Nolvadex and Phenazopyridine Hydrochloride- The active ingredient in AZO.
So be careful if you guys plan on detoxing and you've taken Nolvadex!
