Non-AAS Homebrew?

Hey guys,

I apologize in advance if non-AAS homebrew talk isn't allowed in here - it is called "steroid homebrew" after all, so again, sorry about that if it's not cool.

I'm pretty new here, but I've been reading this site nonstop for weeks. I've read a lot of the brew logs in here from Dirt, Spaceman, etc.

It got me thinking about homebrewing other stuff like topical anti-androgens for hair loss like RU58841, Topilutamide, and Clascoterone.

So far, based on my limited understanding, topical solutions are relatively simple to make if you have the right recipe (correct me if wrong). I've seen a few threads here that mentioned they made an RU/Minox mix just by adding the proper concentration of RU raws to a bottle of Kirkland Minox (non foam) and letting it dissolve.

Of course, I imagine each compound's solution will vary greatly. But I'd guess you could get a pretty good hint just by looking at the formulations Pharma companies make.

Furthermore, when it comes to sourcing the raws for these topicals, RU is pretty easy, a few of the Chinese sources here have it. But Topilutamide and Clascoterone are trickier. I've found a few nootropics/research chem websites that have sold it at one point in time but no longer sell it (Science.bio discontinued the Clasco they used to sell), and then there's the more legit research chemicals sites which sell to actual labs. I don't know how feasible it is to by from the latter, but I did read some chatter on Reddit how some of the smaller chem distributors will sell to individuals or won't verify if you're an actual research lab. But it still seems sketchy. And then there's Indiamart, on which there's a few vendors who *claim* to sell it, but I really don't know how to verify their legitimacy at all.

Do any of you guys have some insight on this sort of thing, and know where I can look for additional information? I've been searcing this forum and some reddit skincare forums and whatnot and have found some sparse info about homebrewing topicals, but nothing concrete on the specific compounds I'm interested in.

You can buy those at medchemexpress. They're not controlled substances and therefore don't have any particular legal requirements for purchase.

They aren't allowed to knowingly sell compounds for human use, so just don't be a fucking retard and ask them questions like "what's a good dose of this?" or expect to be blacklisted.

All of that said, none of the "research" anti-hair loss drugs are going to be as effective as low dose oral finasteride (or dutasteride) and oral minoxidil. PFS is a psychological syndrome spread by social contagion, and you'll just lose ground, permanently, until you get over it and use what, without any question, is the most effective means of stopping androgenic alopecia.

Thanks for that recommendation. Damn that place is expensive! $190 for 100mg of Clascoterone, which as I understand it is just two doses! Is this shit crazy expensive or am I misinterpreting the difference between "Solid," "Solution," and "solid + Solvent?"

I was hoping to get some cheap raws of these two (Clascoterone and Topilutamide) to see if they can somewhat compete with RU, as long-term use of RU seems sketchy given the potential for it to go systemic and affect your T levels + the heart issues + just being understudied.

Any experience using IndiaMart to source raws of anything? I mean here it's kinda easy to see which vendors are g2g just by reading through the threads, the Jano testing, etc. I don't even know what to do in that wasteland. Same goes with Alibaba. Any experience wading through these waters?

FWIW, I find India vendors to be remarkably reliable and honorable to deal with. A surprise because they look so sketchy, and often have somewhat poor communication with a worse language barrier than Chinese sellers. However, dealing with Chinese sellers unfortunately, while it's usually ok, are awful if there's problem. There's maybe a 50/50 chance of them taking care of it or deciding they couldn't care less.
