Hi I found this site after my husband suggested I give anavar a try. I was going to pair it with clen but now I'm seeing albuterol might be a better option? Do I need t3 to pair it with also? A little backround I've been lifting for 3 years with a few breaks and I'm just not seeing the results I want. My current weight is 168 I'm 5'7 starting my
New macros for cutting p135 c170 f35. i want to lose around 20 to start and go from there and feel tight not so fluffy. Any advice and help is appreciated. Thanks

I know albuterol has less side effects than clen and if you want to run it then it's better to use ketotifen at night to help with down regulation. I've never used t3 but I also don't see very many people recommend it as it deals with the thyroid.

I am also looking to start an anavar cycle, I'm new to it. My trainer has me on clen at the moment which mostly I've just gotten jittery and shaky from. But I'm also a little sensitive to caffeine so I've had to keep my doses down. I don't know if anyone has any options on finding a legit anavar that actually works and doesn't just have bad reviews.

Keep it simple. If you're interested in T3, I suggest you get blood levels tested for your thyroid to see what's up. If they are within range, leave that compound alone for now.

Albuterol is much easier as far as sides go in comparison to clen. I would suggest you utilize it before you introduce anavar.

What does your training look like to reach your goals? What's your maintenance calorie needs, looks like you're in a deficit at 1500 if my mental math is accurate?

Give albuterol a try, it's cheap and easy to find.

Beyond that, hang around and do research on where to find a source for anavar. Be careful in trusting anyone that offers you exactly what you're looking for - it's could be a scam. In addition, once you do pull the trigger, labmax your gear as a precautionary measure. Good luck!

Hi Melissa,
Based on your stats, I would definitely adjust your diet first before using any supplements especially var. Var will only make you thicker if you aren't at your goal weight. Albuterol, as everyone else said, I like that option but I think for where you are at right now, have you tried the ECA stack?

Can you give more details about your stats - age, measurements so we can get a visual of where you're at? Also, what is your training and diet like in more detail... I have a feeling your macros breakdown is a little off for what you are wanting to achieve hence the reason you aren't seeing results.

I cant believe we agree on something:eek: ...an eca stack is an excellent cutting tool combined with a caloric deficit. Its not nearly as harsh as clen or albuteral. Plus u can play with stack and dial it in easier imo so u dont get jittery.
