Noob here.

Sorry for delay I'm currently on a diet
1800 calories a day 1 hr cardio
4 weeks ago I was 245lb

Work out history is 2 years 3 days a week (due to my career I'm only home 3 days a week.) So I do cardio/resistance training while on road. problem area is my mid section.

2 herniated disk and facial reconstruction 3 years ago.

No cycle experience as of yet but I have gear and dex at home. Plan was to drop to 215lb before cycling. Was thinking of starting cycle today of 750mg test for 14 weeks.
 
Welcome to meso bro. You should start with 500mg a week btw lol. Its always good to start out low that way you can judge how your body will react to aas. This way you will know when cycling in the future how you'll respond to test an what to look out for but your a grown man an to all their own.:)
