Not first, but first serious cycle

Hello, everyone!
I decided to start a new cycle.
My info: 31, 165, 65
Before, I did some unserious cycles with test e, d-bol and var.
This time, I'm gonna take this shit seriously

The cycle is:
Week 1-12 Test E 500 mg/week
Week 1-4 D-Bol 50mg/day
Week 2-12 Arimidex 0,5 mg/eod

PCT:
Week 15-17 -- day 1 nolva 60 mg, clomid 250 mg
day 2-11 nolva 40mg, clomid 100 mg
day 12-21 nolva 20 mg, clomid 50 mg

My questions are:
What changes would you make?
Is this pct to extreme for this kind of cycle?
Duration of cycle, of pct?
Dosage of both?
Any additional advise?

Like Ts said test only is better idea. I would run 4 weeks, and 250mg is high.
 
I should tell you about my "unserious" cycles. i was on anavar only cycle for about a month, after that on dbol only cycle. both without pct's. After that I was on the test e only cycle, and after that test e and d bol cycle. I say unserious because of my approach, diet and all. So, preety much I know how I react on which drug and this time I want to be fully concentrated and dedicated on this cycle. Maybe I have given wrong title to this thread.
 
If it's your first serious cycle, you need to treat it like it's your first cycle. Conservative approach > Impatient approach.

I don't really specialize in PCT due to being on TRT, but yeah 250mg clomid is stupid high.

You also may not need that much arimidex. Be sure to get bloodwork done before and during cycle. and after, of course.

Of course about the bloodwork. Maybe you're right about the approach thing, but the main reason to do just test is to see how will I react. Why not d-bol, tell me.

No, that is just one reason to do test only. The other reason is to maximize your gains by only running a full cycle of one compound, and then adding another compound for the next cycle.

It doesn't sound like you have run a complete cycle of test only. If you have, and you've also run a full test e and dbol cycle, and your results sucked, that doesn't mean you shouldn't run just test.

There are a lot of people that run nothing but test and make great gains, well beyond their first cycle! This is not a sprint, it's not really a marathon, more like a 10K compared to natural lifting. So, do you still want to start out going as fast as you can? No.

There's no need to really create your own cycle, just do what other successful people have done and you will be successful too.

I realize adding dbol is not that big of a deal, and you're going to do it anyway, I'm just giving you my opinion brother. In the end adding the dbol or leaving it out won't make nearly as much of a difference as being hardcore in the kitchen.

Basic PCT:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
 
Cycle looks good.

Add HCG @ 250iu 2x per week. Weeks 1-13

Run pct for 4 weeks

I like
Clomid 300mg day 1
Clomid 100mg 2-14
Comid 50mg 15-28

+

Nolva 40mg 1-14
Nolva 20mg 15-28

Don't start another cycle until you practice gaining weight with a clean diet. Aim at gaining 1-2 lbs per week. Get your diet in check BEFORE starting this cycle. Oats, rice, pasta, sweet potato, chicken, turkey, egg whites, steak, nuts, flax, peanut butter, etc. As you get bigger, you'll need to increase your calories on cycle.

Make sure you have a sound lifting routine and are wiling to push yourself like never before. Make sure you get people to spot you so you can really push it and not cheat yourself out of gains. AAS is expensive in both money AND health. Make the best of it. AAS alone won't do anything for you if your diet and training aren't dialed in. Diet and rest make up 22.5 - 24 hrs of each day. Lifting and AAS is such a small part of the puzzle.

Thanks for your opinion, I will definitely reconsider and rethink d-bol. I am opened to any constructive advise.

About pct, I was suggested that clomid on the first day 250mg is stupidly high.
 
@Nikola, as you said you are an ecto you need to eat then eat some more while keeping your training solid. Food is everything in this game.
