Not gaining weight on cycle.

Need your help please. I am here to ask for advice only and to learn.

Current Cycle:

500 mg Omnadren (Pharma Grade)
300 mg Nandrolone Decanoate (Indian Pharma Grade)

Week 3 of my cycle and I have seen an increase in energy, strength. But my weight has not changed at all. Started 91kg and it only varies +- 400grams.

My current calories intake is around 3000:
Protein - 225 grams
Carbs - 350 grams
Fats - 80 grams

I am not taking an AI or SERMS.

Completely stuck.

Simple question simple answer mate, if you’re not gaining weight it’s because you’re not eating enough. No other answer to that question

Eat more. 3000 calories is less than what I'm eating during an aggressive cut

Not sure how active you are and everyone is different but as stated... eat more. I personally have to increase calories by 200 every 2 weeks when on cycle with test and deca to keep the scale moving. Keep in mind your only at week 3 so you arent at peak blood levels yet. Keep bumping up the calories til you see the scale move.
Is this your first cycle?

Thanks everyone who responded. Only reason why I was adamant to increase calories/food is due to fear of gaining fat. Will increase calories to at least 3500 and will track it from there.

current calories intake is around 3000:
Protein - 225 grams = 900 calories
Carbs - 350 grams. = 1400 calories
Fats - 80 grams. = 720 calories

Total = 3,020

Increase protein to 300
Increase carbs to 400
Leave fats alone

Total = 3520 calories

Check your scale in two weeks and report back. If you have increased weight, great! Leave well enough alone for another week or two. Once you stall out again, increase carbs to 450 or even 500 (which is an additional 200 to 400 calories).

It is a good thing you are tracking macros, because that makes it easy to adjust.
:)

The fear of gaining fat is understood by all, but if you are not gaining weight, it is because you are not eating enough. You have plenty of hormones to gain muscle, assuming you are not already a size monster. Just increase your calories. Be careful about increasing fats - 80 is a good bulk number. A lot of us get digestion difficulties and other issues when going over 100 grams of fat. You will need to find out for yourself.

Calories equal weight gain or maintenance or cut.

But don't get silly and dirty bulk with milkshakes and pizza and all sorts of high fat garbage.

brother its really simple, you can do whatever your want outside the kitchen but the mass gains wont be there if you do not eat enough. if you think you are eating enough and still not gaining mass then reality is that you must eat more. its not simple to be in such surplus for extended period of time but if you really do want to gain that mass then this is the price to pay. eat more.

Increase protein to 300
It might seem like a lot, but 75 more grams of protein, if you are eating 5 meals daily, is only 15 grams of protein per meal. That requires 50 grams of chicken breast per meal, or 1.76 ounces.

Basically one and three quarters of an ounce. It is not as much as it seems.

Same for the carbs increase. 10 grams of carbs per meal is basically two spoonfuls extra of Jasmin rice. Two small bites. 30 grams of cooked rice is 10 grams of carbohydrates. Two extra bites of rice per meal are not going to make you suffer getting the food in.

as far as i see it if you're truly having issues getting food down just drink the protein and make bunch of home made donuts or pancakes. nobody in the world will struggle to eat 5000 calories of pancakes. will feel like absolute shit from the sugar but it works

If you are continuing to see progression in your lifts, the scale is irrelevant. You're on steroids; your body is significantly more efficient with the calories and protein you give it. You will undoubtedly know when you need to increase the calories. Muscle gain is slow. Be patient.

Weight isn't always a sign of progress, especially if you're aiming for muscle hypertrophy while cutting at the same time. What I'm saying is, you should also pay attention to visual progress.

This is extremely difficult for 99% of people to achieve. You either need to be in the noob phase, on your first cycle or two, or have professional bodybuilder levels of discipline and tracking/monitoring in place while already eating a shit ton. Anyone relying on tissue gain in a deficit is likely delusional
